Cause of failure:
Insufficient cooling capacity of the water tank due to insufficient coolant in the water tank; Too little or no oil in crankcase; Coolant temperature sensor failure, resulting in inaccurate or high detection value; The radiator ventilation duct is blocked, and the cooling air cannot flow normally, resulting in the reduction of the heat dissipation capacity of the water tank; The drive belt of the cooling fan is loose, and the cooling capacity of the water tank is reduced due to insufficient fan speed; The engine thermostat is faulty. When the engine coolant temperature rises, it fails to start the large cycle normally, resulting in excessive coolant temperature; There is a problem with the coolant circulating pump, which causes the coolant to not circulate normally and the temperature is too high.

Troubleshooting:
Open the water tank cover in the cold state and check the height of the coolant in the water tank. Generally, it is subject to the index finger reaching the liquid level. If it is insufficient, please supplement the coolant; Check the scale of the oil dipstick and ensure that the oil level is between L and H positions of the dipstick after 5 minutes of shutdown. If it is close to h position, it is the full oil level. If it is insufficient, please add the same type of oil to the specified scale; Check the wiring on the temperature sensor to ensure that it is firmly and reliably connected. Measure the resistance value of the temperature sensor and record the temperature display value at this resistance value, and compare it with the following table. If there is a large difference, please replace the temperature sensor; Check the radiator window of the water tank radiator. If there is a large amount of oil or dust blocking the ventilation hole of the radiator window, please clean the radiator to ensure its smooth ventilation; Check the wear and tension of the radiator fan belt, and replace or tension the belt as needed; Replace the thermostat; Check the water pump impeller. If it is damaged, replace the water pump.
