Cause of failure:
The oil level of crankcase is too low or there is no oil; The engine coolant temperature is always maintained at a high temperature value, resulting in low oil viscosity; The oil pressure sensor is faulty or the sensor signal may be short circuited to the ground; The oil filter is blocked, causing insufficient oil supply in the oil passage; The viscosity grade of the lubricating oil used does not meet the requirements of the service environment; Other faults.
Troubleshooting:
Check the scale of the oil dipstick and ensure that the oil level is between L and H positions of the dipstick after 5 minutes of shutdown. If it is close to h position, it is the full oil level. If it is insufficient, please add the same type of oil to the specified scale; According to the treatment method of excessive engine coolant temperature, ensure that the coolant temperature is within a normal range; Check the wiring on the pressure sensor to ensure that it is firmly and reliably connected. Record the resistance value and pressure display value of the pressure sensor when it is turned on, and compare them with the following table. If there is a large difference, please replace the pressure sensor; Replace the oil filter; Check the technical specifications of the engine oil and change the engine oil according to the climatic conditions; If the above faults have been eliminated and the engine oil pressure is still low, please contact the generator manufacturer for treatment.
