2. Generator set startup battery failure
Due to the long-term unattended maintenance of the battery, the electrolyte cannot be replenished in time after the evaporation of water, and the battery charger is not configured to start. The battery power decreases after the natural discharge of the battery for a long time, or the charger used needs to be manually switched on a regular basis. Due to negligence, the battery power cannot meet the requirements because the switching operation is not carried out. To solve this problem, in addition to configuring a high-quality charger, necessary detection and maintenance are necessary.
3. Replacement cycle of filter element (diesel filter, machine filter, air filter, water filter)
The filter is used to filter diesel oil, engine oil or water to prevent impurities from entering the engine body, and oil stains and impurities in diesel oil are also inevitable. Therefore, the filter plays an important role in the operation of the unit, but at the same time, these oil stains or impurities are also deposited on the filter screen wall, which reduces the filtering capacity of the filter. If they are deposited too much, the oil circuit will not be unblocked, In this way, when the oil engine is running with load, it will be shocked due to the lack of oil supply (such as lack of oxygen in the same person), so during the use of normal generator units, we suggest: first, replace the three filters of common units every 500 hours; Second, replace the three filters of the standby unit every two years;

The engine oil acts as mechanical lubrication, and the engine oil also has a certain retention period. If it is stored for a long time, the physical and chemical properties of the engine oil will change, causing the lubrication condition of the unit to deteriorate during operation, which is easy to cause damage to the unit parts, so the lubricating oil should be replaced regularly.
5. Fuel and gas distribution system
The output of engine power is mainly the fuel burning in the cylinder and the fuel is sprayed through the fuel injector, which makes the carbon deposit after combustion deposited in the fuel injector. With the increase of deposition, the fuel injection volume of the fuel injector will be affected to a certain extent, resulting in the inaccurate ignition advance angle of the fuel injector, the fuel injection volume of each cylinder of the engine will be uneven, and the working state will be unstable.
