There are many reasons why the diesel generator set engine cannot be started, most of which are as follows:
1. There is no fuel in the fuel tank and it needs to be added.
Solution: fill the fuel tank with oil;

2. Poor fuel quality, unable to support the normal operation of diesel engine;
Solution: drain the fuel in the fuel tank and install a new fuel filter element At the same time, fill the fuel tank with high-quality fuel;

3. The fuel filter is too dirty
Solution: replace the fuel filter with a new one;

4 fuel pipeline is broken or dirty
Solution: clean or replace the fuel pipe;

5. The fuel pressure is too low
Solution: replace the fuel filter and check whether the fuel transfer pump is normal If necessary, install a new oil transfer pump;

6. There is air in the fuel system
Solution: find out the air leakage in the fuel system and repair it Remove the air in the fuel system;

7. The fixed drain valve is open (the fuel pressure is insufficient and the engine cannot be started)
Solution: replace the fixed discharge valve;

8. Slow starting speed
Solution: check the condition of the battery. In case of power shortage, charge the battery. If necessary, replace the battery;

9. The oil supply solenoid valve cannot be opened normally
Solution: replace the damaged solenoid valve, or check the circuit system to eliminate circuit faults

When starting, such as the 12V starting system, the starting voltage shall not be lower than 10V, and the 24V system voltage shall not be lower than 18V If it is lower than the minimum starting voltage, charge the battery or replace the battery
